1.With the development of the high-tech, the cell phone has brought about many change in our daily life. Needless to say, every coin has two sides. People who like the mobile phone are much more concerned about its advantages. They believe that you will never fail an important call by cell phone and it is unnecessary for you to wait at home for the call all day long. Its convenience enables people to send text message ,listen to music and surf on the net.. I suggest that when we are enjoying a good time with families and friends and relaxing, we had better turn the phone off to avoid unnecessary trouble.
2.Reform on Oil prices is more effective than restriction on car。The implementation of the car restriction will stimulate a new round of craze of buying a car. The spaces for idle car parking will increase. The core issue is a violation of the right to use public property. Car owners consume in accordance with the law, but can only enjoy half of to use it. This policy deprives half of the the owner’s right to use the car.
In conclusion, though during the Olympic games, the implementation of the car restriction in traffic effect obviously on air quality comparing to before, this policy should stop after the games.
3Life and Work
No one can deny the fact that advanced technology plays a important part in everyone’s life, with the technological advances, we can learn a lot about the word or contact with each other more easily and so on. as a result. it makes our lives better and comfortable, But difficulty occurs when the human use the technology unreasonable，for example, a boy sits in front of the TV set all day, uses the computer do homework and cheats at examination through a mobile phone or some other things.
Therefore, technological advances bring a lot of benefits, but it does not mean that we can turn a blind eye to the negative effects it brings about. technology can do us good or harm, as I can see, all depending on how we make use of it..
4.morality
In modern society, the moral standards are declining. it is true that there are a lot of uncivilized and bad habits in our society. For example, students no longer do their homework by themselves, the copy other student’s homework. Some selfish people speaking loudly in the theatre.
We must take actions to solve these phenomenon as soon as possible. Firstly, we should pay more attention on giving them more education about morality. Once they obey morality, we should give them appropriate punishment, so they remember that their actions are wrong. Secondly, The media is very responsible for this. They should arrange more program or public advertisement or more books about good deeds.
In a word, morality is essential to the quality of person. It is high time that we did something to stop or slow down the decline
5.Road to success
Everyone longs for success. People’s idea about success many vary from one another . Some people may think that success just means wealth , social status and fame . But in my opinion , success means much more , for example good health , a stable family ,close relationship . Sometimes success would be rather simple . In some sense , one is successful as long as he has realized his hopes or ideals . And the road to success is not smooth . It is full of twists and turns . To achieve success , we should need determination , industry , courage , perseverance , ambition , responsibility and so on .

1： A Present for Mother’s Birthday
It was Saturday yesterday, May 5th, 2005. It was an unusual day for both Han Mei and her mother.
It was a free day. The sun shone brightly and the birds were singing happily outdoors. Han Mei got up early. Suddenly, she remembered it was her mother’s birthday! Then, she thought:“Mum is always working hard, so that she can make money for me. But I never do anything for her. Today, I must give a surprise to her.” Han Mei thought, it was a good way to send a card and some flowers to her mother, as she knew her mother liked flowers.
But for a while, a serious problem came to her mind. “A card is cheaper, but it was made of wood. Wood! Trees! Forests! They are so important for us all. How can we cut down trees for cards ?”Thought of this, she gave up buying a card.
A moment later, she came up with an idea andpaid her action. She washed her mother’s feet instead of sending her a card.
“It’s the best present for me.” Her mother said. Both of them felt happy.
Taiwan province is an important part of China. It lies in the south of China. The weather there is warm and wet.So many plants grow very well. The fruit there are really delicious,like bananas、oranges，and so on Taiwan also has many beautiful places. And, lots of people visit there. Taiwan is a rich place. China is getting stronger and stronger. All the people hope Taiwan can come back quickly. I’m sure Taiwan will come back in the future.

3:If I am able to create a holiday, it would be the "Food and Fun Day". Think about it, with all the school homework and exams; it would be really nice to take a break from all the studies and just relax. Also I think everyone would enjoy the great food and lots of fun. It's just like a big party where everyone is invited. I would like the "Food and Fun Day" be set during the middle of the school year, where everyone can relax from their studies for a day. On that day, everyone will bring food and drinks to school and share what they brought with friends, students, and teachers. There will also be games and winners gets great prizes. Think about it, how great it would be to have a holiday like that!

It started snowing late yesterday evening. The snow lasted the whole night with strong wind. When i woke up early this morning i found everything outside was covered with snow. Snow is frozen water that falls from the sky. All snow flakes have six sides, but no two snow flakes are the same. Snow is good for winter wheat. It can protect the wheat from the coldness. People can go skiing after heavy snow. But too much snow can affect the traffic. Whe the snow melts and the streets are covered with ice it is dangerous for us to drive or walk on the streets.
