sometimes ,we meet something that lets me angry very much. such as,my neighbours throw waste about or they ring somebbody loudly. Besides, naughty children play balls at home ,the noise is very big,which have a great effect on my study and life .so I plan to write a letter to them and tell them what they did has influenced me .At last , I wish them to do properly in the future, if so , I will thank them very much.
