My view on employment
As the economic crisis swept across the world, many people are unemployed .Worse still , our country has the largest population in the world, which make the problem of employment more severe.
How to ease the harsh situation? Personally I think ,we can begin with two main aspects ------the government and the individual.
The government should transform the way of economic growth and spare no effort to creat more opportunities for the unemployed .Only by doing so can we make the best of excess workforce.
For the individual ,improving our self quality and ability is the key. Provided that we have several technical abilities ,when we are fired ,will we still worry about the unemployment ? Definitely not ,because when God closed a door ,he also opened a window for us .Obviously, the window is our abilities .
In the competitive society,we should have a right attitude toward employment and should be self-reliant ,and the we can pave the way for our future.
