I agree that students should be taught to be good citizens and workers.As we all know that a good society is composed with different people.But if you want a healthy,eaqual and peaceful one,you should have most of the people be honest,industrious and obedient to the rules of the social trend.And all these are the main characters for a good citizen.Suppose,you have every one taught to be individual,certainly enough,you will have a colourful society.But they will not be so obedient to the social rules.Then the whole society will be totally a mess! For instance,in the internet,anybody can make the speech of his own,then,it is not easy for you to have correct information.Sometimes,your idea will be influenced by them.

Nowadays ,many students meet a promble when they get into the society.they find it is difficult to use what they learn in school .mey be they are tought to be a good citizens or good workers .but actually they can't find a good job or make impress in thier work .why because they have no individual.they just obey the rules of thier companies and can't giive some good advicise.opposite the students who are so indivious neither can make a good succese in thier job ,because they have no group ,no rules! So it is difficult to tell which is more important.I think both are very important .Our students must to learn to be a good sudents or workers in our schools ,and meanwhill they must express thier personalities ,to e a individual person .As long as both of them mix in well .the students can be the useful person for the society./
