This paper is based on financial statements analysis related theory，applying the basic financial analysis method to analysis the main financial data of the recent 5 years of China vanke Co., LTD， to find out the variation status and variation trends of the main financial index in recent years of vanke group，and the reason of the change and the internal logic of the change。In the process of analysis，also introducing refer to enterprises be a certain size in the industry，doing a lateral comparison of the similar indexes between China vanke group and referencing enterprise。To deepen our understanding of overall operating conditions of the Chinese real estate industry。After the analysis ， it’s summarizing the financial conditions and operating performance of vanke group，to find out the problems may arise in operation and management of the
