每一个开车的人是不是都需要种下一棵树的英语作文

It is suggested to ask each person who drives to plant a tree. I don't see why this is necessary. The purpose of planting trees is to protect environment, which I totally support. However, environment protection is consisted of many elements, such energy saving, reduce water usage, waste water treatment, you name it. Comparing to plant trees, it is better and more effective to produce less polluted vehicles and encourage people to walk more or use more public transportation. More over, planting a tree by each driver is not practical and it will cause so many administrative difficulties.
