战地3修改ID的安全问题忘了，怎么办？

近日，EA对ORIGIN修改安全策略。
关于帐号安全，
以前是通过生日可以找回。
如今EA升级为“安全问题”。
安全问题概述：
1.安全问题为最终的帐号保护手段。
2.安全问题不可见，和生日一样。
安全问题的用途：
全人工创建过程，安全问题为最高权限。
哪怕，你的帐号的邮箱被改了，密码被改了，只要你记得安全问题，你就可以找回帐号，用客服的话就是so
easy。
盗号的，将无法对你的帐号进行任何操作！因为他没办法知道这个问题答案。,

首先登陆EA客服首页进入https://help.ea.com/contact-us，并登陆你的帐号！
选择第一栏Battlefield
3-第二个选择账户注册-第三选择PC（最好用谷歌的浏览器一键翻译）
选择中间的在线聊天，如果是灰色的可能是网络延迟或者没有客服在线。

进入后一般等17分钟或者更快，接下来是客服大概会提示的问题。
首先在客服来了之后：
向客服提出：Hello, my English is not very good, but hope to get
your help.i want add security question
to my account
客服答复：
Ashok:You need not worry. I will try my best for
you.
Ashok:May I have your first and last
name?

上面是客服的回复，他会问你的真实名字，我说的是注册时的名字！

回答后他会问你的注册邮箱

May I have the email address which is registered
with EA?

然后会查看下你的账户

Ashok:May I place your chat on hold for few minutes so
that I can look into your accout?

检查完毕后：Could you please tell me date of birth and
three game codes on the account?

这里是要你的出生年月和你的游戏CD-KEY

Ashok:Do you mind if I place your chat on hold for few
more minutes?（然后又是稍等几分钟）

然后会给你设置问题选项

问题列表如下：

What's the name of first street you lived
on?
What was your high
schoolmascot?
What's your favorite EA game
title?
What City were you born
in?
What's your favorite Ice
cream flavor?
What's the name of your
first Pet?
What's your favorite Sports
Team?
What's your favorite
movie?
What's the name of your
favorite Superhero?

我也忘了=-=改不了名字了蛋疼

注册的时候一直就有安全问题选项。
