To who may concerned,
I am writing this letter to tell you that the computer I bought from you has something wrong and I want to know how shall I deal with it.
Your computers have enjoyed a good reputation among our campus, where quite a number of students have bought computers of your brand. Thus, your brand is my first choice when I decided to buy one.
I bought it from Times Square on June 20th,2010. The model of it is 3200, which cost me ￥4500.00. To my surprise, when I brought it home, I discovered it couldn't be started on. I called your service number which was occupying for a long while and the receiver’s was quite impolite and impatient. Later, I consulted one of my friends and solved this problem. However, just two days later, the computer’s monitor turned blue without any reasons. So I’m very disappointed and I would like you can explain it.
Please tell me what you will do to solve it. I prefer you can change it and compensate for my espense of taxi.
