这个结构不决定倒装不倒装，而是否定副词位于句首才决定倒装的。

Not only...but (also)...（倒装前半句）
neither...nor...（两句都倒装）
其它两个不用倒装，因为没有否定词在句首。
Not only does he love reading, but also he loves singing.
=He not only loes reading but also he loves singing.(not不在句首，不倒装）
Neither does he love reading, nor does he love singing.（都倒装）
Either you are mad, or I am mad.
both...and...一般连接两个词，一般不连接句子。(不用倒装）
