Abstract
The mechanism for supplier selection should be elastic and accordant to the corporate core competitiveness. The strategies and measures suitable for the enterprises and appropriate procedures and principles should be adopted.

This paper proceeds from the real conditions of GDIS, and empowers the relevant indictors. The TOPSIS has been applied during the primaries of supplier selection. Based on the results of the primaries, the suppliers will be reselected by optimizing the model.

It has been approved in the practices of GDIS that this model contributes to the optimized selection of supplies.

Supplier selection mechanism is diverse, selection criteria according to enterprise's core competitive edge, choose the enterprise to adapt to the theory and methods to develop the appropriate implementation steps, and implementing rules.
